E-Huru Refund Policy
At E-Huru, we strive to ensure that both customers and service providers have a positive experience. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is required. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided and the processes involved.
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
Service Not Delivered: If a service provider fails to deliver the service as agreed, the customer is entitled to a full refund. Please ensure that all communication and agreed-upon terms are documented on the platform to facilitate the refund process.
Service Cancellation by Service Provider: If a service provider cancels the booking after it has been confirmed, the customer will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
Service Quality Issues: If the service provided is significantly different from what was agreed or is of unsatisfactory quality, customers may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to investigation and mediation by E-Huru. In such cases, customers must provide evidence of the issue within 48 hours of service completion.
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
Late Cancellations by Customers: If a customer cancels a booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, they will not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise agreed by the service provider.
No-Show by Customers: If a customer fails to be present at the agreed service time without prior cancellation or rescheduling, they will not be eligible for a refund.
Partially Completed Services: Once a service has commenced and is partially completed, refunds will generally not be provided unless the service provider fails to deliver the remainder of the service as agreed.

If there is a discrepancy between the payment charged and the service provided, customers must contact E-Huru within 48 hours of noticing the issue. Our team will investigate the matter and process any necessary refunds if an error is identified.
Refunds for services booked using promotional codes, discounts, or special offers will only be issued for the amount paid (not the full service value). Promotional codes and discounts are not redeemable for cash and will not be reinstated once used, even if the booking is refunded.
E-Huru reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our platform after changes are made will constitute your acceptance of the new policy.
